Términos de uso

Estos términos regulan el uso de la aplicación Apunta (la “App”), operada por JHON MORENO. Al usar la App aceptas estos términos y el Contrato de licencia estándar de Apple para apps (EULA), que también se aplica.

1. Qué es Apunta

Apunta es una herramienta para anotar y organizar tus gastos e ingresos. Es informativa: no es un banco, no mueve dinero, no ofrece asesoría financiera, contable ni tributaria, y sus cálculos y proyecciones son estimaciones basadas en lo que tú registras.

2. Tu cuenta

• Necesitas una cuenta (Iniciar sesión con Apple o Google) para usar la App y respaldar tu información.
• Eres responsable de la seguridad de tu dispositivo y de tu código de recuperación, si lo creas. Como tus datos están cifrados de extremo a extremo, no podemos recuperarlos si pierdes el acceso a tu llave.
• Puedes eliminar tu cuenta y tus datos en cualquier momento desde Ajustes › Cuenta y respaldo.

3. Apunta Pro

• Apunta Pro es una suscripción con renovación automática, mensual o anual, que puede incluir una prueba gratis. Los precios se muestran en la App antes de comprar.
• El pago se carga a tu cuenta de Apple al confirmar la compra (o al terminar la prueba gratis). La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo actual.
• Puedes administrar o cancelar la suscripción en los Ajustes de tu cuenta de Apple. Los reembolsos los gestiona Apple según sus políticas.
• El plan gratis incluye anuncios y algunos límites que se indican en la App.

4. Uso aceptable

No debes intentar acceder sin autorización a nuestros servidores, interferir con el servicio, hacer ingeniería inversa salvo que la ley lo permita, ni usar la App para fines ilegales.

5. Servicios de terceros

La App usa servicios de Apple, Google (inicio de sesión y anuncios), Cloudflare y, solo si lo autorizas, DeepSeek para interpretar texto. Su uso se rige también por los términos de esos servicios. Consulta la Política de privacidad.

6. Disponibilidad y responsabilidad

La App se ofrece “tal cual”. Hacemos lo posible para que funcione bien y para mantener tus respaldos, pero no garantizamos que esté libre de errores o interrupciones. En la medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables por decisiones financieras tomadas con base en la App ni por daños indirectos. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te otorgan las leyes de protección al consumidor de tu país.

7. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos términos. Si los cambios son importantes, te avisaremos actualizando la fecha de vigencia y, cuando corresponda, dentro de la App.

Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Apunta app (the “App”), operated by JHON MORENO. By using the App you accept these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies.

1. What Apunta is

Apunta is a tool to log and organize your expenses and income. It is informational: it is not a bank, does not move money, does not provide financial, accounting or tax advice, and its calculations and projections are estimates based on what you record.

2. Your account

• You need an account (Sign in with Apple or Google) to use the App and back up your information.
• You are responsible for the security of your device and your recovery code, if you create one. Because your data is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot recover it if you lose access to your key.
• You can delete your account and data at any time in Settings › Account & backup.

3. Apunta Pro

• Apunta Pro is an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription that may include a free trial. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase (or when the free trial ends). The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• The free plan includes ads and some limits shown in the App.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attempt unauthorized access to our servers, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law, or use the App for illegal purposes.

5. Third-party services

The App uses services from Apple, Google (sign-in and ads), Cloudflare and, only if you allow it, DeepSeek to interpret text. Their use is also governed by those services’ terms. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and liability

The App is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working and to preserve your backups, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial decisions made based on the App or for indirect damages. Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will let you know by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, in the App.
